All drawings are created by licensed architects. We do not accept work from unqualified or unlicensed individuals.

2. How do I choose the right design for my site?

When selecting a design, consider the adjusted site dimensions after setbacks. Don’t choose based on your site size alone, as the design may be too large. For example, if your site is 30x40 feet with 2-foot setbacks, the building dimensions should be 26x36 feet.

3. Can I change the design during construction?

It’s best to follow the drawings as provided. Avoid making significant changes without consulting a professional, as this may compromise the structural safety and design aesthetics.

4. What if I don’t understand something in the drawings?

You can book a consultation or contact us for help. We’re here to assist you.

5. Can I use these drawings as they are?

Yes, you can use these drawings to construct your building as is, with ease. Just ensure it suit your site.

6. Are these designs ready for construction?

The designs are ready for construction. Please make sure to consult a structural engineer to review the structural details, soil conditions, and load requirements.

7. What if site conditions are different?

As long as you get approval from a structural engineer for safety, you are good to go. The design can be adapted to your site conditions with the right professional input.

8. Can I customize the design?

We offer minor modifications like moving walls by 1 foot or increasing the design by 1-2 feet. However, changing the location of the staircase would require a custom design, as it will be treated as a new project.
